Chart contains continuous text with line sizes ranging from 20/320 to 20/16 (6/95 to 6/4.8) equivalent. The card also contains Letter Size, Decimal, logMAR, and M Size notations. Chart measures 15" x 10" (25.5 cm x 38.5 cm).
