Working Principle
Mini Ultrasonic Cleaner transforms the high-frequency oscillation signal issued by ultrasonic generator into high-frequency mechanical oscillation propagation through the transducer to spread the ultrasonic medium--cleaning solution. Ultrasound radiates in the solution of sparse and dense forward, so that the liquid flow and produce tens of thousands of tiny bubbles, these bubbles form and growth in the formation of ultrasonic longitudinal propagation of negative pressure zone, and rapid closure in the positive pressure zone, this process is called "cavitation" effect.
In this process, the bubble closure can form more than 1000 air pressure instant high pressure, continuous formation of high pressure is like a series of small "explosion" constantly impact the surface of the object, they work in all directions, attack and invade every groove and opening, so that the dirt in object surface and crevices quickly peeled off, so as to achieve the purpose of object surface cleaning.
