White Handled Fixation Cube
LEA SYMBOLS® fixation cube with white handle has a center optotype calibrated to 20/40 (6/12) and an outer optotype calibrated to 20/200 (6/60) equivalent when tested at 16" (40cm) on top of cube. The optotypes on side of cube are calibrated to 20/125 (6/38) equivalent.
Red Handled Fixation Cube
Combination LEA SYMBOLS® and pediatric pictures with red handle has a center optotype on top of cube calibrated to 20/40 (6/12) and an outer optotype calibrated to 20/200 (6/60) equivalent when tested at 16" (40cm).
Black Handled Fixation Cube
HOTV fixation cube with black handle has a center optotype calibrated to 20/40 (6/12) and an outer optotype calibrated to 20/200 (6/60) equivalent when tested at 16" (40cm) on top of cube.
