Easily screen both near and distance vision with one chart using the Insta-Line illuminated cabinet.

This pediatric eye chart features LEA SYMBOLS® pediatric symbols with 2 lines of linear-spaced optotypes in the following size equivalents: 20/40, 20/32, 20/25 and 20/20. Distance screening for these lines is 10 ft, 3 meters.

Near vision screening features LEA SYMBOLS® with 2 lines of linear-spaces optotypes in the following size equivalents: 20/200, 20/40 and 20/32. Near vision portion also contains 2 columns of proportionally spaced characters with size equivalents of 20/50 to 20/16.

Chart measures 9" x 14" (22.9 cm x 35.6 cm). Chart set includes overlay and response key.
